After Hurricane Harvey; a luxury car dealership in Houston sold a VERY UNSAFE vehicle to Plaintiff which could not be driven on the road or the engine would blow (per BMW Service). Dealership tried to fix 3 times but failed and gave up but refused to pay for repair at the other dealership. Plaintiff filed a case in small claims court on March 2020 for repair cost and the case went to Fort Bend County Court at Law 6 and requested for Jury Trial. The court never scheduled a jury trial in almost 2 years and Judge ignored several "Requests" and "Motions" but immediately acted on defendant's motion for "Sanctions". Defendant provided false and misleading information, fake documents and the Judge accepted all that. Plaintiff provided several statements and documents proving defendant's intentional false statement (perjury) and documents proving perjury but the Judge ignored all that. Defendant asked for attorney fee dated April 2019 and the Judge approved it knowing the case was filed in 2020
