JSO Swat came arrested me 5/4/22 on serious false accusations. While in jail, I suffered physical tort — beaten while handcuffed, sprayed with gas by jso officers. After 6 months, I was found innocent on all counts. The State Attorney made the correct decision, dropped all charges. However, during the 6 months, while on bond I could not obtain employment due to the serious nature of the charges held over me, so was unable to continue making child support payments. The abuse that has taken place since 10/24/19: • 2 armed home invasions by swat, surety agents 1/24/20, false imprisonment. • Held hostage 181 days in jail, physical abuse, confinement 39 days. During that time I had a child support hearing 1/27/20 with Magistrate Joanna Houser, but Judge Suzanne Bass held me in jail so I couldn't pre-sent my standings while she pro-ceeded with court to take custody to my minor children. Even upon request, she would not reschedule the hearing. I've never had even one call or complaint about my two young daughters, whom I haven't seen since Oct. 2017. So There were no legal grounds for her to take my parental rights. Bass continues to injure me even this second by refusing to cancel a capias she endorsed for Violation of Court Order for child support issued 2/25/22. I have electronically mailed all parties involved in the circumstances, but no one is re-sponding. I have asked Bass to withdraw the capias but she is mute. She will not re-spond to my communications. Magistrate Walton did re-spond once, so I forwarded FDLE website showing the warrant/all information. I've been trying on record since 11/2/22, to re-solve the tyranny, abuse, injury. I cannot move forward with my life under this abuse. The situation is out of control! I no longer dwell in Florida state because of the tyranny. Neither myself nor daughters de-serve this. They are 8-9 years of age, no way either could understand why I'm not in their lives today. Politics from local officials who are re-lated to my ex-wife play a major roll as to why all this has taken place since 10/24/19.
