Judge Hudson released William McKay after his third strike. He should not have been on his own recognizance or probation. Her intentional act of allowing Mr. McKay to walk the streets freely cost Deputy Isaiah Cordero his life. This is unacceptable. The Judges in the state should follow the state law concerning the three strikes law.
