On December 29, 2022 William Shae McKay murdered Deputy Isaiah Cordero during a traffic stop.
Had Justice Cara D Hutson performed her duty to sentence William Shae McKay to prison on June 6, 2021 instead of releasing him into the public, Deputy Isaiah Cordero would not have been murdered by William Shae McKay.
Justice Cara D Hudson Failed in Her Duties to Ensure that the Rights of the Public were placed Before the Rights of a Career Criminal, and her Decision resulted in the Death of an Innocent member of the Public whom was also a Peace Officer performing his sworn duty of Protecting the Public at the time of his Murder by William Shae McKay.
I am Demanding that Justice Cara D Hutson be Removed from her Official Capacity as a Judge and ask that she be Permanently Disbarred from performing in ANY and ALL Legal Occupations from this day forward.
