The MSC's began in September of 2020 and ended July of 2021. This judge was often unprepared, flipped flopped opinions every other meeting, offered Ex parte communication, was snarky, ineffective at mediation and did not have follow through for things she asked each party for. The fact that we still had to go to trial even after 8 MSC's should be an indicator at how bad she is at her job.
