A non jury trial On October 21, 2022, and resuming October 26, 2022 was held. During trial a main witness for defendant testified. After trial the Judge, Helen Zukin, deliberately and inaccurately gave a false recitation
Of what that witness actually said. Even the plaintiff filed a request for correction of the Courts conflating facts and false recitations. Based upon those false recitations the Court ruled in favor of plaintiff.
Both defendant and plaintiff requested corrections but the Court refused to set record straight.
