Judge Knill topped off all of the decisions she's made against us, by granting a twice filed summary judgment. the basis of her granting the summary judgment was for reasons that contradict federal laws, including but not limiting the civil rights act of 1968, Californias Unruh Civil Rights Act amongst others. Unfortunately, this is not the first time she has ensured our rights are violated, as she has ordered 1,000's of dollars in ex parte sanctions, she's refused to recuse herself despite the many times we've asked her, she's struck out her own disqualification motions as untimely and having no legal basis when we are claiming bias, she's failed to allow us to file oppositions to motions and ordered sanctions at the hearings, she has refused to allow us to speak at hearings, she allows opposing counsel to interrupt and belittle us in front of the court and lets him lie on declarations sworn under penalty of perjury, she's informed us having a baby is not an excuse to be late in responding to discovery, and has failed to provide extensions when we've requested them due to deaths that occurred in our family. Now she granted this summary judgment which she based her ruling on her opinion which she explained (we) "have not established the fact they have children places them in a protected class. " Judge Knill fails to apply federal laws in her rulings, and does not even consider any opposition filed or orally argued, by us in her court room. she refuses to protect our rights, as she prefers to violate them instead.
