We are in receipt of your 2 page letter dated December 29th 2023 regarding Misconduct of
“Racist ”GHETTO” African American Black Judge(s), Gia G. Bosley, Patricia Jo Titus, Desiree Bruce-Lyle and Late Elizabeth A. Riggs. Black “Thieves and Liars” It’s was Elizabeth A Riggs and her German Nazi husband, Steven Harvey Zeigen/Zeiger, a Loser, former deputy attorney general of San Diego County and the Hahn Family who started the attempted murder of me [Divendra Sharma] since 2002 after I won a Juvenile Case in 1999 and an appeals case against Elizabeth Riggs in 2002. Late Lawyer JJ Little: Riggs being a wig wearing black ghetto Judge illegally declared me a vexatious litigant at which I, Divendra Sharma prevailed a winner in Appeals.
Per late lawyer, J.J. Little who worked for the same company as I did since 2003.
JJ Little: “Steven Zeigen, an ugly freaky looking Meth addict German Nazi, He is not a “N Lover” he just can’t get white or brown pussy, so he has no other choice but to marry wig wearing black gorilla.”

My 38 Page complaint dated January 4th, 2019 against Black Ghetto Judge, Gia G. Bosley who has anchored herself in my divorce case #18TRFL00287 & case #18IWRO00550 to conspire against me to seek revenge for Riggs and Hahn’s because of my uncle Vijayanand Sharma.
Just because Africans are ugly looking toads does not mean they can discriminate against other races.
Soon after my complaint was published in 2019 Bosley paid Robing Rooming sometime after 2019 to remove over 20 negative reviews against her.
Bosley was appointed as Judge, NOT winning any elections in 2017 and in less than one year she racked up over 20 negative reviews mostly of being a racist Ghetto Black Judge. GO FIGURE!!.
However, in this letter I am making a legal request. The January 4th, 2019 complaint which is still open because as CJP requested from me to provide transcript as to the complaint of misconduct by Bosley.
I contacted the court reporter, Janet Pesusich #11729, a Slovenian Nazi via email and she quoted me $500.00 for few pages for transcript.
It was Judge, Gia G Bosley told Pesusich to charge me an out rages amount because I was in Pro Per and I was granted Fee Waiver and I was disabled and was on welfare. Judge Bosley knew I was not going to be able to afford $500.00 transcript fee. However I do not understand why this financial burden was shifted on to me as I am the complainant?. I am not the investigating agency.
Transcript are not reliable source as in two of my cases from 1999 five toilet cleaning Mexicans turned court reporters modified trial transcript under instructions by Janice & James Hahn after I won 3 day trial against child rapist at juvenile court.
Court Video Recordings are more reliable and we can spot parts where the video has been redacted.
Moving on, Per your recent letter dated December 29th 2023:
“A judge's legal error might be a basis for investigation by this commission if there is sufficient evidence of Bad Faith, Bias, Abuse of Authority, and Disregard for fundamental Rights, Intentional disregard of the law or any purpose other than the faithful discharge of judicial duty.”
I have provided CJP with many violations by Bosley, Titus & Bruce-Lyle which cause me permanent injuries
[I have pictorial and medical evidences available].
Both Bosley & Titus are associated with Janice and James Hahn including but not limited to Inglewood CA, Mayor James T. Butts Jr, Butt’s daughter, Black Lawyer, Ashley Melissa Butts. Ashley Melissa Butts hired a hitman to murder her landlord in 2016 and was sentenced to 4 years in Federal prison in January of 2024.
NOTING: Bosley, Titus, Janice, and James Hahn Steven Zeigen etc. are involved with violent & dangerous, rapist and murderers, street & prison black gang members.

MY REQUEST
I am requesting Names, questions and statements made by each and every witnesses CJP interviewed especially from [In my opinion Delusional Liars and Thieves] Judge(s) Gia G. Bosley, Patricia Jo Titus & Desiree Bruce-Lyle per my complaint of their misconduct of aiding and abetting into attempted murder of me [Divendra Sharma]and secret Ex-Parte Communications with my Adverse Parties .

Personally I do not trust court reporters as they modified transcripts in two of my cases.
As they, court staffs will be coached by the criminal goats [Janice Hahn, Bosley, Titus etc.] that feeds them.
*In my divorce case #18TRFL00287 Respondent hired Kosner Firm Inc. owned by Scott Kosner to represent her.
* German Nazi, Lawyer Scott Kosner went to same law school with Judge Bosley at Whittier Law School. (Conflict of interest)
* As soon as I was informed by my friend late Lawyer, Ronald K. Lachner about conflict of interest.
I filed PEREMPTORY CHALLENGE CCP § 170.6 (a)(1)(2) updated January 01, 2023 Bosley should have recused herself automatically from all my cases.
* Scott Kosner had his associate lawyer, Jerry Jay Kaufman, per JJ Little: “A shot fat ugly Guy, no pussy for him” [I have court evidence] these are the same persons who aided and abetted with respondent to commit fraud against USA Immigration Department. As her, [Anca Manuela Aghinitei] on J1, 90 day working visa expired and she was still in USA on expired visa
*Judge Bosley and Titus should have recused themselves from all my cases but took bribe from Kosner they denied my request so she could grant domestic RO against me based on false allegation in order to deny my request for spousal support. In 2020 Judge Bosley again took bribe and issued 5 year restraining order against me so the respondent does not have to pay spousal support to me. I have had no contact with respondent since March of 2018.
*Judge Bosley has in Bad Faith, Bias, Abuse of Authority, and Disregard for fundamental Rights, and Intentional disregard of the law.
Judge(s) Bosley, Titus & Bruce-Lyle denied my fundamental constitutional rights to an impartial Judge, fair hearing and trial and to present legal evidences. Judge Bosley denied me all my evidence similar to Judge Bruce Lyle & Patricia Titus so as to not expose their Misconduct.
Judge Bosley told Lawyer Jerry Jay Kaufman to file civil restraining order against me again making false allegation soon after I filed civil restraining order against Jerry Jay Kaufman and his Tijuana Mexican felon gang member paralegal Jack Corona Mcentee.

In case #18IWRO00550 Judge Bosley refused to see my legal evidences from the bench and issued a two year RO against me stating: “It was because of me.” BUT It was Judge Bosley herself who dictated the false allegations against me for Kaufman and that’s why she prosecuted the case for Kaufman from the bench. Judge Bosley is running her Ghetto African style Justice RUT in USA Superior Courts.
Judge Bosley falsely accused me from the bench without any prevailing evidences which is illegal and violates Judicial Canons across the board.
Judge(s) Bosley and Titus took bribe to make orders against me to seek revenge for their associate and relative, a wig wearing gorilla. Black American African Judge, Elizabeth A Riggs. Wife of GERMAN NAZI Steven Harvey Zeigen Zeiger, former San Diego Deputy Attorney General. An Asian Hater labeling Asians as CROOKS [I have evidence]. Riggs should have looked at herself in the mirror before making derogatory remarks against Asian Communities in San Diego Union Newspaper.

*Judge Bosley also SHOUTS and YELLS at litigants in her court room during hearings. (See Surveillance Videos in her court room as if she is drunk or on drugs.)

August 1st, 2019. The hearing was to declare me [Divendra Sharma] “Vexatious Litigant” compiled by Mexican Suicidal, Jasmine Corona now DDA in San Bernardino County for Kosner and Kaufman to harass me mimicking her Mexican father’s Jack Corona’s & Mexican Men’s behavior which Bosley denied because it had no merits. This is what Judge Riggs intentionally did in 2002. I appealed and won. That’s why Bosley “DENIED THE MOTION ” to her advantage.
*At one of the hearing in case# 18TRFL00287 respondent asked Judge, Bosley if she could ask me a Question which is perfectly legal for any litigant at any hearing to do so. I did not object.
*Judge Bosley Loudly and Screamingly Said “NO YOU CAN NOT.” Respondent got scared and became quite. This was embarrassing and demeaning because the courtroom was crowded and I did not appreciate Judge Bosley’s behavior also because respondent was still my wife at that time. This was simply Street Ghetto Behavior by Judge Bosley (see court room surveillance video.)
Again, at one hearings where a senior Japanese or Chinese lady probably 90 years old filed for DVRO and sexual harassment against her male neighbor who forcefully hugged and kissed her upon her objections. The elderly lady had translator but Judge Bosley kept on shouting and yelling at the elderly lady making her cry in the court room.
I have been in several trials myself but I have never seen any Judge disrespect any litigants the way Judge Bosley does. Judge Bosley denied her protection from the predator stating she did not prove her case by preponderance of evidence. BULLSHIT!

Judge Bosley did the same to me when I filed DVRO against the respondent, Anca Manuela Aghinitei and her homie Lawyer, Jerry Jay Kaufman who has allegations including DDA Jasmine Corona’s father of kidnapping, drugging and raping a Work and travel Student in Hollywood then threatening to kill her family if she went to police. I declared this in my declaration in case #18IWRO00550.

Judge Bosley’s response was “How could I?, He [rapist lawyer Jerry Jay Kaufman] is an Officer of the court.” Sure, Orange County Superior Court Judge, Jeffrey Ferguson was an officer of the court. He shot & murdered his wife. And Lawyer, Alex Murdaugh, was also an officer of the court. He murdered his wife and son and stole millions from his clients.
Is Judge, Bosley trying to tell me that Judges and lawyers are above the law?

Judge Bosley told rapist Kaufman to make false allegations against me and she will deny my request for DVRO against Kaufman and set me up for attempted murder by Jack Corona, Jasmine Corona and Jerry Jay Kaufman on November 12th 2019 by poisoning my soda in my car.

I survived the attempted murder of me [Divendra Sharma] on November 12th 2019 that judge(s) Bosley and Patricia aided and abetted into.
*February 13th 2020 I appeared at court hearing and told the judge’s Mexican Cartel assistant Deputy Clerk, Ann Mary Gonzalez associated with Jack & Jasmine Corona that I just got out of hospital because I suffered stroke which damaged my left eye among other major organs and I need to wear shades to protect my eye:
*(Racial Misconduct) Bosley looked at me angrily & told her limited brain capacity Mexican assistant to tell me to wait outside in the lobby because Bosley found out that I filed complaint against her with CJP.
Judge Bosley accused me of being a felon. I objected that I am not a felon .
So, Low IQ Black Judge, Bosley said that “I Give you no Credibility.”
Judge Bosley’s judicial assistant did not do her research or just did not know how to do legal research?

Because I survived the first attempted murder of me [Divendra sharma] on November 12th 2019 by Jack & Jasmine Corona and Jerry Jay Kaufman as I am still alive.

Then On June 3rd 2020 Bosley told Respondent, Anca Manuela Aghinitei including Jasmine Corona and her clan to file to renew Restraining Order against me so that “The Respondent Does Not Have To Pay me Spousal Support because of active Restraining Order” even though I was declared fully disabled. Judge Bosley and her Nazi clan Aided and Abetted. Judge Bosley issued 5 year DV restraining order against me after taking bribe again based on false allegations via subornation of perjury.

August 6th 2018 I filed RO against Jack Corona Mcentee in Case #18IWRO01063 for assaulting me at Torrance Superior Court. Black Judge Patricia Jo Titus went into her office while I waited in her court room for an hour. She was involved in Secret Ex-parte communication with Bosley, Janice and James Hahn then she denied my request for temporary restraining order against Jack Corona Mcentee for lack of evidence Again “BULLSHIT”. I had sufficient to prevail.
This denial allowed Jack Corona Mcentee, Jasmine Corona & Jerry Jay Kaufman to get close to me to attempt to murder me on November 12th 2019 and on July 30th, 2020 at my residence.

I informed my PD, Marcee Daily Chipman that I was never served with any RO filed by Beverly Lucaylucay in San Diego. Recently we found out that Beverly was involved in Fraud mortgage loan of $88K using my forged signature in 1997 with Satanand Sharma.
Judge, Bruce-Lyle seeking revenge for the first Black Judge in San Diego County, Judge. Elizabeth A. Riggs because I was accused by Social Worker, Rick Butt that I called Judge, Riggs a “NIGGER”.

Black Judge, Desiree Bruce-Lyle had my Appointed public defender Lawyer Marcee Daily Chipman destroy all my evidences for my defense for trial violating my fundamental civil rights to defense.
And kept me from Testifying in my trial.
And Judge, Desiree Bruce-Lyle had deputy Michael Osborne replace my chair with old spring sticking out on the last day of the trial making me shift from side to side so I would look nervous & guilty to the Racist Jury. I told Chipman about the chair and she yelled at me while Deputy, Michael Osborn rolled my good chair away. This was a set up to have the jury find me guilty by Judge, Desiree Bruce-Lyle.

And Judge, Desiree Bruce-Lyle including GERMAN NAZI Steven Harvey Zeigen/Zeiger former deputy attorney general of San Diego & husband of Judge Elizabeth A Riggs sent Sergeant Michael Shelby to shoot and kill my mother and me in Inglewood.
And Judge, Desiree Bruce-Lyle had Michael threatened Marcee Chipman at the court, had my mother physically assaulted where my mother damaged her knee which required surgery.
And Judge, Desiree Bruce-Lyle had & German Nazi Steven Zeiger had Shelby threatened & harass my coworker, Leticia Garza and me at the court house. We filed many complaints with IA but to no avail. I had to file RO against Shelby and Gulyas etc. [I have evidences available]
And Judge, Desiree Bruce-Lyle had Michael Shelby cause me to lose my trial in San Diego so she could sentence me to seven consecutive years in jail for something I never did while seeking revenge for Black, Judge Elizabeth Riggs. An Asian Hater, Riggs was also USA Senator a Welfare & Reparation Monger.
Senators have to serve only two years so they qualify for life time of welfare benefits on tax payers.
Constitutional Violations: In all my cases all my evidences were withheld & destroyed and my witnesses were withheld.

Lawyer Scott Kosner worked as dependency Attorney for Minors with Lawyer, Gloria Kurman Apt. Scott Kosner is associated with phony child psychologist & foster children rapists, Charles Sophie, over 500 foster child disappeared under his care & former Kern County DA, Edward Jagel & James Hahn. Had Jitendra Singh murdered…
I won a 3 Day Trial in 1999 case # Ck38180. Trial Judge, William Highberger’s finding was that county filed case against me based on Manufactured & fabricated tape evidence & coached Beverly Lucaylucay and Shawna Medina to lie in their testimony. Shawna Medina testified that her mother [whom I refused to marry, an old Ugly Filipina …YUCK] that her mother had more than one copy of tape recording used as evidence.
Trial Judge, William Highberger listened to the entire tape recording evidence used against me in trial.
Trial Judge, William Highberger’s finding was that the preceding and after messages did not have Time and Date Stamps except for the message used by county to prosecute me had time and date stamp. Child rapist County Counsels never provided me with the tape evidence.
I won the trial so then James and Janice Hahn intervened and had 5 court reporters modify the trial transcripts. I fired my PD, David Alaynick for withholding my witness [my mother] on request by child rapist County Counsel, William Roth. And Alaynick wanted to rape my witness Sandra Lee Smith. However the Dumb Stupid Mexican court reporter mailed me the actual and modified trial transcripts.
